Sound Design, Custom Software Installation, Multi-Channel Sound Mix
This was a multi-channel interactive installation at Gallery 450 In Soho NYC.
My piece was part of a collection curated for the Istanbul Contemporary Museum of Art.
I created a multi-channel sonic environment in which gallery visitors
were able to tour a virtual re-creation of the gallery
space and trigger varying music and sound events
as they passed through areas of the installation.
The installation consisted of 8 speakers hung throug out the space
and a central computer interface that triggered the speakers based on
the participants movement in the space.
